As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.,Inspect and test equipment to identify and resolve issues.,Collaborate with the production team to ensure machinery is operational and efficient.,Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Participate in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Work with the team to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.,Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.,Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in the tea processing industry.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and on-site).,Valid driver's license (preferred).
