📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management and collection of overdue assets
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve collection issues
• Monitor and report on collection performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Assist in the preparation of collection-related documents and reports
• Participate in training and development programs
• Support the team in achieving collection targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management or collection
• Familiarity with financial software such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
