Cafe Elsa Sembako is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our business growth. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that we have the right people in place to achieve our goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate performance.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
