📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a remote or digital marketing role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
