📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including food, labor, and utilities, to ensure profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
