We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the sales database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.,Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and meetings.,Process and track sales leads, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other materials to the sales team.,Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Maintain office supplies inventory and order new stock as needed.,Support the sales team with any additional administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian
