PwC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deals Advisory Associate to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic growth and transaction support to our clients. You will work closely with senior management to identify and develop new business opportunities, and provide expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Provide strategic growth and transaction support to clients, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions,Work closely with senior management to identify and develop new business opportunities,Provide expert advice on strategic transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and deal structuring,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and clients,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments,Support the team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consulting or advisory industry,Strong understanding of strategic transactions and mergers and acquisitions,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with PwC's services and tools is a plus
