📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and external partners.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for our organization and job roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent acquisition efforts with business goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to identify and attract top talent in Bali.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances is a plus.
