📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer and company standards.,Ensure high-quality products through proper ingredient selection and preparation.,Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in product development and innovation.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development of the menu and seasonal specials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid food handler's license.,Experience with kitchen management and staff supervision.
