📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and tour operators.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.
