Dongyang Asset Management is looking for a dedicated Tele Collection Specialist to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from our clients. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure timely collection of payments and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with office hours.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and follow up on overdue payments from clients,Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans,Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payments,Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely collection of payments,Monitor and report on collection performance and trends,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction,Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex payment issues,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a tele collection or debt collection role,Strong communication and negotiation skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with collection software and systems is a plus
