📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting customers with banking transactions and inquiries.,Maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Managing cash and inventory.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints.,Assisting with the preparation and presentation of financial reports.,Supporting the outlet manager in achieving daily sales targets.,Assisting with the organization of events and promotions.,Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Familiarity with banking products and services.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid ID and proof of address.
