📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update financial records using Xero and MYOB.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Generate financial reports and provide regular updates to clients.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting and financial management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proven experience using Xero and MYOB.
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
