📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and maintenance of financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Participate in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, providing valuable insights to the finance team.
• Assist in the organization and management of financial documents and records, ensuring they are readily accessible and properly maintained.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with vendors, and managing communication.
• Learn and understand the company's financial processes, systems, and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions, actively participating in discussions and learning from experienced professionals.
• Assist in the preparation for and participation in financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
