📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day activities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for management.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Promote and uphold the company's values and policies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
