In this role, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's cash flow, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.,Monitor and report cash flow trends to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using financial software and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in accounting or finance preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
