📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.,Ensure all food and beverages meet health and safety standards.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Create and implement menus that align with the bakery's brand and customer preferences.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership position.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
