📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure accurate inventory records and timely restocking.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
