📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Train and mentor junior mechanics.,Inspect equipment regularly to prevent breakdowns.,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.,Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a food service environment.,Certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems is a plus.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
