📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient health status.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Assist in the training and mentoring of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
