📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees.,Train and mentor junior accountants to ensure high standards of work.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
