📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients,Provide exceptional customer service and support,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus
