Shine Cloud Berjaya is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and driving the growth of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.,Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners.,Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
