📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new ideas to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
