📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for healthcare staff,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their daily work,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare and incorporate this knowledge into training programs,Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that training programs are aligned with the overall goals of the organization,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training programs and staff development activities,Participate in staff meetings and other professional development opportunities to stay connected with the healthcare community,Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training in a healthcare setting,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices,Experience with medical terminology and equipment,Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian language
