📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition by supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling using Oracle HCM.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities and surveys to gather feedback on employee satisfaction.
• Support HR operations by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records in Oracle HCM.
• Participate in HR projects, such as performance management and training programs, by collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including labor laws and insurance industry standards.
• Attend HR workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enhance your knowledge and skills in Human Resources.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
• Work closely with your supervisor to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR concepts, principles, and practices, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle HCM or similar HR information systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
• English proficiency (intermediate level) is a plus.
