As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our OSVs, ensuring that all vessels are maintained to the highest standards. You will work with our team to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This role requires a strong background in maritime operations, with experience in vessel management and logistics. You will use tools like Fleet Management Software and Vessel Performance Tracking Systems to monitor and optimize vessel operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs), ensuring all vessels are maintained to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with vessel crews to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor vessel performance using Fleet Management Software and Vessel Performance Tracking Systems.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Manage and maintain vessel documentation, including crew records, maintenance logs, and safety inspections.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure vessel integrity and compliance.
• Work closely with the logistics team to optimize supply chain operations and reduce downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations and vessel management.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Certification in Vessel Operations and Management (e.g., STCW, ISM, or similar).
• Proficient in using Fleet Management Software and Vessel Performance Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
