In this role, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared with precision and flair. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols rigorously.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors.
• Experience with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
